How much does delivery cost and how long is delivery?

We now offer free standard delivery on all orders. We also have other delivery options including Next Day, Pre10am, Saturday and Sunday delivery.

What is your returns policy?

Forever Unique offer a 30 day returns policy.

Do you provide free returns?

At the moment we are only able to offer a free UK returns service.

Do you provide free international returns?

Sorry - we are unable to provide a free returns service for International orders. As per terms all return costs for all international orders are upon the customer.

I don't have access to a printer, how can I print my label?

If you are unable to print Free Postage Label provided via Royal Mail Return Portal simply write our address and your order number on outside of your return parcel and insert your return note or a copy of your invoice in the returned parcel. Post your items using Royal Mail or other courier company. Please obtain the Proof of Postage.

Please note: Free Returns Services are only available via Royal Mail Returns Portal. Any other way of posting returned goods are payable by the customer and cost of posting are not refundable.

How can I print my returns label if I’ve used guest checkout?

As you didn’t create a Forever Unique account when you placed your order, you will need to create an account to access the returns portal. (You won’t be able to see your order, but you will still be able to access the returns portal). After logging in to your Forever Unique account, select the 'Returns' tab from the options on the left side of the screen, then just follow the on screen instructions to create and print your Royal Mail returns postage label.  

You have asked me for further information due to security checks but you have taken money from my account for my order. Surely this should not happen if there was a security concern?

We asked for further information from you as all payments are upfront and then are security checked by the bank to prevent fraudulent activity over the web.
These checks are in place to help protect the card holder from fraud. Your order was highlighted by the bank for further security checks - thus we requested further information from you.

How do I go about returning an item?

There should be a returns note in the parcel - you just need to fill in your details and details of the item being returned – pack the item securely and take it to the post office. It’s free to return and the post office will give you a receipt with a tracking number on it. You just need to keep this receipt safe until you have received your refund.

I applied a discount code to my order – but the discount did not show on my order?

As stated in the terms all discount codes are for full priced products only – all sale/reduced price items are not included.

I have received an "order cancelled" email, however, I only placed one order which I have already received. I didn’t place another order?

Not to worry – the cancellation emails are just an auto-system update, where any orders left 'pending' on the system are auto-cancelled.

I put in my company name and address but the Company name is missing from my confirmation email invoice?

Not to worry - due to default settings the first line of address does not always shows on the auto emails sent.

Do you have any shops where I come into the shop and try dresses on?

We are an online retailer only - we do not have any stores.
There are many outlets that stock some of the Forever Unique range - however we do not have a list of these stockists.
