Return Policy

UK CUSTOMERS – FREE RETURNS SERVICE

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 14 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT OR 7 WORKING DAYS FOR SALE ITEMS (Please see extended Christmas returns above):

1. Complete your returns note - Please tick refund or exchange next to your listed items, and select one of the reason codes. PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size/colour. Enclose this completed returns note within your parcel.

2. Our UK returns service is FREE - Attach the free postage returns label (found at the bottom of your returns note) to the front of your parcel and send via the Post Office. Please remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt.

3. Have you lost your returns note or postage label?
Please e-mail customerservices@foreverunique.co.uk for a new one. All returns are free for UK customers.

4. Please ensure you return your unworn goods, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags and labels within 14 working days of receipt (7 working days for sale items). 

5. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!

6. All goods will be inspected on return.

7. It can usually take up to 7 days for your refund/exchange to be processed from receipt of the returned parcel.

8. You will receive an e-mail once your refund or exchange has been processed.

9. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card you used to place the original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, dependent on your bank/card issuer.

10. We try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

1. Our returns address is: Forever Unique, 98 Cheetham Hill Road, Cheetham Hill, Manchester, M4 4EX, England.

2. Complete your returns note - Please tick refund or exchange next to your listed items, and select one of the reason codes. PLEASE NOTE – We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size/colour. Enclose this completed returns note within your parcel.

3. Forever Unique do not offer pre-paid international returns. All return postage costs must be met by the buyer.

4. Please return your parcel using a recorded postal service. We cannot issue a refund for missing parcels that have not been sent using recorded delivery. Please remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt.

5. Have you lost your returns note? Just click here to print off a new one.
