FOREVER UNIQUE RETURNS PROCEDURE
How do I return an item?
All full price items can be returned within 14 WORKING DAYS of dispatch in their original packaging with a completed RETURNS NOTE.
PLEASE NOTE: Items bought in a sale or at a discounted price can only be returned within 7 WORKING DAYS.
If the TAMPER TAG has been removed THIS WILL VOID THE RETURNS PROCEDURE. NO GARMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED IF THIS TAG HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH OR REMOVED.
Any items returned with visible stains or marks, or a scent to them such as drinks, perfume, deodorant or cigarettes, will not be refunded. We will not be able to refund any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
Please do not post anything to us outside the 7 or 14 day period as we cannot refund the item. We are also unable to send it back so please check very carefully the dispatch date.

All items must be returned via post and we do not accept return items purchased from anywhere other than www.foreverunique.co.uk
1: Complete the RETURNS NOTE by following the instructions
2: Enclose your RETURNS NOTE with your goods in a securely wrapped parcel, and post back using RECORDED DELIVERY to: Forever Unique, 98 Cheetham Hill Road, Cheetham Hill, Manchester, M4 4EX
3: Post the item, making sure that you keep your recorded delivery proof of postage in a safe place until you receive your refund.
NOTE: Forever Unique do not offer pre-paid postal returns. All returns postage costs must be made by the buyer. Returns sent without a RETURNS NOTE can take longer to process. Please ensure you include this with your returned items.
I have received a faulty item
All of our garments are checked before dispatch but if you do find a fault please follow the steps above within 14 days of delivery, and we will either send a replacement, repair or refund if out of stock. Please mark clearly on the returns note as FAULTY.
I have received an incorrect item
If this has happened to you, we're very sorry. Please contact Customer Care, and let us know the following details:
1: Your Order Number
2: Incorrect product code and product name
3: The correct product code and product name for the item you wanted
Can I return an item I bought from a store to you?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept return items purchased from anywhere except the Forever Unique website. You will need to return these to the store from which they were purchased.
Can I return an item bought from www.foreverunique.co.uk to a store selling Forever Unique items?
Unfortunately you cannot return items purchased from this website to stores selling Forever Unique or Unique Boutique.
Have you received my return?
When we receive a return and our team have processed the order we will email you to let you know. As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know. If you do not hear from us within 14 days please get in touch with customer care.
When will I receive my replacement?
We will process your replacement item within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and email to let you know we have processed the order. We'll then email you again when your replacement order is on its way to you. The replacement order postage costs will be paid for by Forever Unique.
Why did I get a refund instead of the replacement I requested?
If we can't send your requested replacement item, we will refund what you paid to your account. If this happens, we'll email to let you know.
We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour of the same item (although the price must be the same as the original item). If you want an entirely different product, you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund, and place a new order for the item you want.
When will I receive my refund?
We will process a refund within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and email to let you know we have received and processed it. After you've received your email, please allow another 14 days for the refund to be credited to your card.
You have refunded me the wrong amount
If you believe you have been refunded the wrong amount please contact Customer Care quoting your order number and the required refund amount. Delivery charges are non refundable so you will be refunded the full value of the items returned less the delivery charge.
Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?
We are sorry, but the delivery cost you originally paid is non-refundable.
If you are returning items because you have changed your mind, this will also be at your own cost, and we can't refund your postage. However, if we sent you the wrong item or something faulty, just contact Customer Care and we'll send you a freepost label to send it back free of charge.

Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?
We do not offer any exchanges. You will need to place a new order on the Forever Unique website and return the original item for a refund.
Cooling off period
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund on the goods only but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost.
FOREVER UNIQUE DELIVERY
UK Next Day Delivery - £6.95
Please note that orders must be placed Monday to Friday before 2pm (except UK Bank Holidays). Unfortunately, this service is not available to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses. Orders placed before 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday. Next day delivery orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 6pm. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this. A signature will be required on receipt.
If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up or arrange re-delivery.
UK Standard Delivery - £4.95 (2 - 4 working days)
A signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up. Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day. Orders Must Be Placed Monday to Friday before 1pm. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed on the Monday. Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 7pm.
Europe - £19.95 (5-10 working days)
When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and will require a signature on receipt. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up. Forever Unique will not be held responsible for any customs charges. These must be met by the customer if applicable.
Rest of the World - £35.95 (10-21 working days)
When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and will require a signature on receipt. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed. Forever Unique will not be held responsible for any customs charges. All charges must be met by the customer if applicable. No refunds will be given for goods seised by customs.
